Official Rules – RELENTLESS BY NATURE

1. SPONSOR: Wolverine, a division of Wolverine World Wide, Inc., 9341 Courtland Drive NE, Rockford, MI 49351.
2. ENTRY: To enter, complete the testimonial form at www.iamwolverine.com and submit the completed form via the website. The entry must be the original work of the entrant, describe the entrant's personal experience with Wolverine footwear and be written in English. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry that Sponsor in its sole discretion determines: (a) may infringe on third party rights or (b) contains material that is inappropriate or offensive. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Sponsor is not responsible for inaccurate, fraudulent, incomplete, stolen, lost, illegible, mutilated, tampered with, postage-due, misdirected or late entries, each of which will be disqualified. Entrants may only submit one entry per calendar month. Wolverine reserves the right to cancel the contest at any time. The contest will end on December 31, 2008.
3. WINNER SELECTION: All entries entered during a particular calendar month will be judged against each other. A calendar month will begin at 12:00 a.m. EST on the first day of the calendar month and end at 11:59 p.m. EST on the last day of the calendar month. For each calendar month, a panel of Sponsor's or its agent's employees will choose one (1) winning entry based on the following criteria: (a) Originality/Creativity (75%) and (b) Appropriateness to Subject Matter (25%). In the event of a tie, the most original/creative entry will win. Non-winning entries will not carryover to the next calendar month. Judges will endeavor to complete the judging of entries for one calendar month by the end of the next calendar month. Decisions of the judges and Sponsor are final as to all contest-related matters. Sponsor reserves the right to post the winning entries, along with the entrant's name and city, at www.iamwolverine.com, though Sponsor has no obligation to do so.
4. PRIZES: Each winner will receive one pair of Wolverine footwear. Sponsor will choose style and color of footwear in its sole discretion. Size is subject to availability. Approximate retail value of each prize: Not to exceed $200.00. After winning a prize, an entrant will not be eligible to win another prize. Prizes are not redeemable for cash or transferable. No substitutions allowed except, at Sponsor's sole discretion, a prize of equal or greater value may be substituted. All prizes will be awarded provided a sufficient number of eligible entries are received.
5. GENERAL CONDITION: Sponsor shall have all rights to copy, edit, broadcast, publish and use, in whole or in part, any entry, copyrighted or copyrightable materials, in any manner without further compensation (except where prohibited by law). Winner will be notified by email and/or phone within ten (10) days of judges' decision at the email address or phone number on the entry. If winner cannot be located or does not respond to claim the prize within ten (10) days after notification, the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner. Winner may be required to sign a Winner's Affidavit of Eligibility and Release Form within fourteen (14) days of receipt. In the event of noncompliance, an alternate winner will be selected. All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. By acceptance of prize, winner agrees without limitation to the use of his/her name, photograph and/or likeness for publicity purposes without any additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor and judges, which are final and binding in all matters related to this Contest. By participating in this Contest, entrants agree that Sponsor and its respective representatives, agencies, affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers and employees have no liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind resulting from participation in the Contest, the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize, or technical, hardware, software or telephone failures of any kind, cost or unavailable network connections, fraud, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions, whether caused by Sponsor, users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Contest or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions which may damage a user's system or limit an entrant's ability to participate in the Contest. Sponsor may prohibit an entrant from participating in a Contest or winning a prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines that said entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest by cheating, hacking, deception or other unfair playing practices or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other entrants or Sponsor's representatives. In the event of a dispute as to who submitted an entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the holder of the e-mail account. Sponsor is not responsible for typographical or other errors in the offer or administration of this Contest, including but not limited to errors in the advertising, Official Rules, selection and announcement of the winner and distribution of the prizes. Sponsor reserves the right to terminate or amend this Contest, in whole or in part, at any time without notice, if any factor, including without limitation virus, bugs, or non-authorized human intervention, interferes with its conduct as contemplated by these official rules. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS' FEES) FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.
6. ELIGIBILITY: Contest is open to legal residents of the 50 United States, including the District of Columbia, who are 18 years or older at the time of entry who have had Internet access prior to the first date of this Contest. Employees of Sponsor and its licensed dealers, agents and affiliates, and employees' immediate families are not eligible to win. Immediate family members include relatives living at the same address as an employee. Contest is void where prohibited by law. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. You are not authorized to participate in this Contest if you are not located within the United States.
7. WINNER: Names of winners are available upon request by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope by January 31, 2008 to Sponsor at “Relentless by Nature” Promotion, 9341 Courtland Drive NE, Rockford, MI 49351.
